At Mine & Yours, we want you to love your luxury finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on eligible items. Please ensure all original security tags remain attached and the item is in its original sold condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our authentication team verifies the item's condition, your store credit or exchange will be processed and issued via email.
